Bio based economy

Epro Consult has contributed to establish the Road map for the MVO-sector ‘On route to energy saving processes and a bio-based economy’. One of the roads to get the energy aims of this sector is related to innovations in the process efficiency by water management.

The bio based economy is the economy where companies manufacture products from renewable sources (biomass). The main intention of bio based economy is the replacement of fossil raw materials by renewable raw materials. Biomass is not only renewable, but also often less toxic, biodegradable and causes less health hazards for people.

Epro Consult connects parties who are active in the field of bio based economy and who possess knowledge that enables us to realise projects and processes. This should result in manufacturing end products and raw materials based on materials we find in nature
